At TIKY STUDIO, every item is created specifically for you based on your selected customization, measurements, or design preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tiky-studio.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent. If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
